Keith Devlin (Stanford University) will speak at the Science Gallery in Trinity College Dublin. A distinguished mathematician, Devlin is one of the best known maths presenters in the US with over 30 books to his name, Devlin's Angle Blog and is the "Maths Guy" on National Public Radio.

Keith has a special interest in maths education and is convinced that video games will be of great importance in teaching and learning of maths thinking. He recently founded InnerTube Games with the goal of using games to help teach maths, and he will be sharing his insights gained from this at this lecture.
